Rates
- All rates area quoted in US Dollars net per nights.
- Rates do not include gratuities
- Rates do not include breakfast, telephone, food & beverage.
- Extra bed is provided at the villa limit one per each room with additional nominal fee at US$ 25 nett/night/1 extra bed.

The rates above are inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- Fully staff: maids, cleaning service and cook

Seasonal:
Low Season: January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 (not including easter week)
High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15 (easter week and Chinese new year period)
Peak Season: August 1 - 31, Christmas & New Year period (December 15 - January 8)

Minimum stay:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 7 nights
peak Season: 10 nights

Check-in & check-out time:
Check-in time is at 14:00
check-out time is at 12:00
Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Casa Michale has three bedrooms ( 3BR ) that maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements.

Villa booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days for Peak Season booking.
- In the event of last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival),
full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(91 days for Christmas/New Year
bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
notice above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-
refundable.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
