VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: one bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons, the four bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance.

Prinia Villas - Maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old
Rangana Villas - Maximum 4 Adults and 2 children under 12 years old
Munia and Silangjana Villas - Maximum 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old
Cherida Villas: - Maximum 6 adults and 3 Children under 12 years old
Jelantik and Kokokan Villas: - Maximum 8 Adults and 4 Children under 12 years old

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

Minimum Length Of Stay:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
- If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less 25% of the total booking value. Please note that if multiple villas are booked, a cancellation fee will be applied for each individual villa.
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable. 
- Final Payments are non-refundable
