For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. |

| The villa booking procedures: |

To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

The balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.

But for the Christmas and New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

| Cancellation Policy: |

Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
