High Season: Chinese NY: Jan 20 – 25, 2012, Easter: April 5 – 11, 2012 and July 1 – 31, 2012
Peak Season: August 1 – 31, 2012, Dec 20, 2012 – Jan 5, 2013
Minimum rental period:
- Low season: 3 nights
- High season: 5 nights
- Peak season: 7 nights
Check-in & Check-out time:
- Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check out time is 12:00 midday. Early check-in and/or late departure will be based on availability upon check-in/check-out
- Late check-out more than 15:00 will be charged at 50% room rate and late check-out more than 18:00 will be charged as 1 night room charge.
TERM & CONDITION:
- Room Rates are quoted in US Dollars and valid for all markets
- Banjar and related Fee is quoted in IDR (RUPIAHS) applied only for function and/or event.
- All Room Rates are subject to 15% tax and service
Number of Guests:
- Maximum number of persons per room is 2 (two) adults and 1 (one) child under 12
- Maximum number of persons for whole villa is 12 persons
- Additional breakfast is USD 15 net per person, free of charge for child under 12 years.
- Rollaway bed and baby cot are free of charge and based on availability
FUNCTION:
1. Maximum number of participants for function up to 100 pax
2. Curfew 2:00AM + ½ day setup before function day (access to Villa after 15:00 –
no overnight stay)
3. Access to Sinaran Surga Facilities is not available
4. Additional Terms and Condition for Function is applied
PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
- 50% deposit (unrefundable) to be paid upon confirmation received in order to secure the booking.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the complete payment are received by the villa management.
- Balance Payment (unrefundable) to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation policy: not applicable.
